<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network connection quality control system by which a frequency band is designated from a terminal equipment side, the terminal equipment side designates so that the frequency band once set is maintained till the end of a speech and stable connection quality is obtained. SOLUTION: A terminal equipment 14 and a network management system 12 are connected to each other with a control logic line 18. The network management system 12 is connected to an ATM exchange 11 with a control logic line 17 to store network connection form information and connection setting information and to monitor a the state of the ATM exchange. When a call establish request comes from a terminal equipment, the network management system retrieves a network class by which a required frequency band is reserved. When no route is in existence, the network class is confirmed, and in the case of 'priority connection', the connection of 'non-priority connection' having already been set up is forcibly released. The connection of 'priority connection', 'usual connection'n is not forcibly released.</p> |
