The machine has a system (6, 8, 8') for dispensing a continuous strip of a porous material from a reel (1), an optical, mechanical or magnetic system (4) for controlling stop or filling phases, a system (9) for cutting bags from the continuous strip, and a system (11) for injecting frozen CO2 into the bags. The continuous strip is made from two layers of a porous non-woven textile material, welded along their edges and having marks to interact with the different systems.
