<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form a porous material, which can be easily manufactured and has a fine structure, by a method wherein the porous material is constituted of the residual part obtainable by removed melted wire material parts from a plurality of the covered wire materials integrated in parallel to each other in a plate formed. SOLUTION: A processing for performing each covering COT of a prescribed thickness on metal wires WIR is conducted, an integrated material consisting of a multitude of covered wires arranged in parallel to each other is formed, a fusing of covered parts COT is conducted and an integrated material consisting of a multitude of integrally formed wire materials is obtained. A tabular material is cut out from the integrated material consisting of the multitude of the integrally formed wire materials and a tabular material PLT with the wire materials WIRE arranged at a constant pitch in a plate POL formed of a fused covering COT is obtained. The wire materials WIR consisting of copper or aluminium are removed from the tabular material PLT by a chemical etching, whereby a porous material for composite piezoelectric material use, which has a fine structure can be easily formed.</p> |
