PURPOSE:To simplify human operation until the range finder is only attached to and detached from the adjusting device by providing a lens adjustment part and a sensor adjustment part and automating the positioning adjustment of a lens. CONSTITUTION:A stepping motor 42 rotates by receiving the signal from a driving control part 72 and then a bit 41 also rotates to finely and accurately rotate an adjusting screw 12. Further, the sensor adjustment part 5 is constituted as a mechanism which grips the side wall of a sensor IC 161 by its sensor chuck 53. Namely, the sensor chuck 53 is placed on an X-Y-theta table 51 which has a stepping motor 52 for driving, which is connected to the driving control part 72 and rotates by receiving its signal to move the X-Y-theta table 51, so that the sensor IC 161 is finely and accurately adjusting in two X-Y-theta dimensions in three directions. Thus, the positioning adjustment of the sensor IC and the positioning adjustment of the lens are performed with high accuracy and also automatized. |
