Turntable roller arrangement for television bases - includes fixed cylindrical rollers requiring no special stands

The turntable for articles such as televisions and loudspeakers comprises cylindrical rollers (3) which are attached in or to the bottom of the base plates (2) of the appts so that the roller axes (4) are in fixed alignment wherein the axial centre lines (5) all run in rays through a common point of intersection (M) which is at the same time the centre of rotation for the article concerned. This centre of rotation (M) can be displaced by any distance outside of the c of g of the article which is projected onto the base plate (2). The radii of the orbits of the rollers may be equal or different. The television can thereby be swivelled round as required but without the need for a special stand or extra base plate.
