PURPOSE: An optical scanning device of a polygon scanning motor is provided to reduce the production cost, to improve the assembling property, and to achieve the compact size. CONSTITUTION: An optical scanning device of a polygon scanning motor has a shaft, a holder(200), a rotor(300), and a reflective film(400). The holder consists of a guider(210) which is coupled to a center surface of the shaft. and a flange(220) extended from the bottom surface of the guider. A space(221) is defined in the lower inner surface of the flange. A rotor(300) located at the lower inner surface of the flange consists of a magnet(310) and a yoke(320). The rotor is served to rotate the shaft. A reflective film(400) is coated on the outer surface of the guider. Since the reflective is served to reflect a laser beam, it is possible to eliminate a separate polygon mirror, thereby eliminating a plate spring for supporting the polygon mirror. Also, since the laser beam is reflected to a photosensitive drum via the reflective film by rotating the holder, it is possible to perform the stable scanning action.
