<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time of an analysis of data and improve its reliability by inputting and storing process signals of a controller which controls processes in a personal computer through an A/D converter, displaying the stored data on a monitor and taking the analysis, and displaying and storing the result. SOLUTION: The process signals of the controller 2 which controls the processes through an external interface are inputted to and stored in the personal computer 12 through the A/D converter 11, the stored data are displayed on the monitor 13 and analyzed, and the result is displayed and stored. According to a previously set program, a chart display of the data inputted to the personal computer 13 on the screen of the monitor 13, the setting of an analysis start point and an analysis end point, the start and end of a test, an entry of arbitrary comments of on process states, etc., a read of variation values, and an analysis needed to set constants of a computing elements such as a variation time, a variation value, a differential value, and an integral value are performed.</p> |
