PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily arrange a marker flag on the ground by holding an aerosol container in the vicinity of a forward end part of a rod member, performing the action of an actuator of the aerosol container between the container and the discharge position, and making an opening in the ground by a stake member. SOLUTION: A device 10 is provided with a rod member 14 having a forward end part 18 and a rear end part 16, a container holder 20 is arranged in the vicinity of the forward end part 18 of the rod member 14, and an aerosol container 12 is held by the container holder 20. The aerosol container 12 is provided with an actuator to be actuated between the discharge position and the non- discharge position, and the discharge of the content of the aerosol container 12 is controlled by the movement of the actuator. An opening is made in the ground by a stake member 30 which is projected in an approximately perpendicular manner from the forward end part 18 of the rod member 14. A marker flag can be easily placed on the ground. |
