摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and precisely decide the twine ratio of a welding transformer with one time operation by detecting the primary and secondary current of the welding transformer and operating the ratio. SOLUTION: A test energization is started between electrode chips 31, 32. The primary current I1 of the welding transformer 20 detected with a current sensor 12 is taken into a CPU 14. The welding current being the secondary current of the welding transformer 20 is obtained by multiplying the primary current I1 by the cataloged twine ratio stored in a memory 15 with the CPU 14. An ignition control signal wherein the deviation becomes zero is outputted to an ignition circuit 13 based on the set welding current value and the welding current obtained with operation, whereby the welding current is held to a set value with the CPU 14. The primary current I1 detected with the current sensor 12 is transferred to a micro computer 50 with the CPU 14. The ratio of the welding current I2 detected with a current sensor 40 and the primary current I1 is operated, and the result of operation is set as the actual twine ratio of the transformer 20 with the micro computer 50. This is transferred to the CPU 14.</p>
