PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently obtain the accuracy of estimating the driving directivity of a driver even in case of a throttle valve being operated to open-close within a short time by inhibiting driving directivity estimation based on the output manupilated variable from a driving directivity estimating means in case of an output manipulated variable change portion being larger than the preset judgment reference value. SOLUTION: In driving directivity estimation control of an electronic control unit 42, a prescribed driving operation related variable is computed from an input signal, and driving directivity is estimated on the basis of the output of a neural network NN to which the driving operation related variable is inputted. In shift control and lock-up clutch control of the electronic control unit 42, a shifting chart corresponding to the driving directivity is selected from a plural kinds of shifting charts previously stored in an ROM 64. Shift judgment to a prescribed gear stage or lock-up on/off judgment is made on the basis of actual vehicle speed V and throttle valve opening TA from the selected shifting chart. |
