SOLUTION: A connecting method of a shaft is a method connecting together two shafts having flanges 1, 2, to be constituted by performing connection using an adapter bolt 4 having a tapered surface 4a and a cylindrical sleeve element 3 having a tapered surface 3a corresponding to this adapter bolt to be cooperated, inserting the adapter bolt 4 and the sleeve element 3 in a plurality of bores 1a, 2a provided in a flange inserted in one flange 1 provided with a fixed bottom part in the other flange of both the flanges.
