PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress off-sets of a piezoelectric element and a weight at the time of assembling by a constitution to engage an outer periphery of the element with a recess by providing the recess at a center of a bottom of the weight. SOLUTION: A recess 2a engaged with an outer periphery of a piezoelectric element 4 is formed on a bottom of a weight 2. Thus, at the time of clamping the element 4 and weight 2 onto a printed board 9 with clamping screw 5 and nut 15, the outer periphery of the element 4 is engaged with the recess 2a of the weight 2, the element 4 and weight 2 are coaxially positioned, and hence clamped without off-set. At this time, since the periphery of the weight 2 protrudes from an upper surface of the element 4 to a lower side, a height of the weight 2 having the same weight and outer diameter is lowered from the upper surface of the element 4, and an action of lowering the center of gravity of the weight 2 to the board 9 side occurs. Further, when a side of the recess 2a of the weight 2 is formed in a tapered shape, the element 4 is easily assembled with the weight 2. Thus, the sensor having very small other axis sensitivity can be constituted.
