<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a moisture-curable PUR melt adhesive which enables the same adhesive strength as that achieved finally to be achieved just after the bonding operation by reacting a specific NCO-prepolymer with a specific sterically hindered polyamine. SOLUTION: This adhesive is formed by reacting an NCO-prepolymer having aliph., alicyclic, (cyclo)aliph., or arom. NCO groups and an NCO content of 1-23% with a polyamine having at least two sterically hindered amino groups represented by fomrula I or having a compsn. represented by formula II (wherein n is 3-6). In this case, 1 NCO group reacts with 1-0.6 sterically hindered amino group. An example of the polyamine is represented by formula III. This adhesive is formed by mixing the prepolymer with the polyamine at 100-150 deg.C.</p> |
