<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an outer container from generating uneven waves and wrinkles due to shrinkage of an inner container blow-molded in the outer container by providing specific adhesive regions on upper and lower flaps of the outer container and at a center of an internal face of a body side wall and providing a non-adhesive region around the inside of the internal face of the body side wall. SOLUTION: A hot melt adhesive is applied to sites 22, 24 of upper and lower flaps 7a, 7b of a paper board 7 forming an outer container 12, and a non-adhesive region is provided around the inside of an internal face of a side wall forming a body. The cylindrical outer container 12 is set in a blow mold for forming a composite container 1, a preform 30 which is pre-heated is introduced in it, and blow-molding is done to join an inner container 10 and the outer container 12 to manufacture the composite container 1. The composite container 1 is free from uneven waving phenomena on the outer container 12 with the non-adhesive region from the upper and lower flaps 7a, 7b deflected due to a body side wall patternlike adhesive 26.</p> |
