PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit to which an overhead traveling lift of different specifications of each company can be easily after-fitted using a common reinforcing beam member. SOLUTION: In this building unit, the reinforcing beam member 4 with a mounting part for mounting an overhead traveling lift or the like is laid between relative ceiling beams 3, 3, and the reinforcing beam ember 4 is constituted by welding relative longitudinal members and a plurality of horizontal members extended between both longitudinal members. Each horizontal member is provided with a bolt inset-through clearance vertically opened along the longitudinal direction.
