PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that temperature of a sheet becomes unstable even if the temperature of the sheet is controlled by utilizing a hot air feeding means. SOLUTION: It is possible to suppress up-and-down fluctuation of temperature of a top mold 20 or a bottom mold 10 caused by outer turbulence of pressure air and mold release air by feeding gas heated by means of heaters 16, 26 and 62 to the top mold 20 or the bottom mold 10. In addition, it is possible to indirectly decrease fluctuation of the sheet temperature of a resin sheet S when thermoforming is performed by suppressing up-and-down fluctuation of the temperature of the mold. In addition, in this case, it is possible to simplify an apparatus for thermoforming as it is unnecessary to newly provide an apparatus for feeding the gas by feeding the pressure air and the mold release air by heating.
