SOLUTION: An information recording medium 1 is provided with base materials 2 and a print pattern 3 formed on the base materials 2 while containing high dielectric materials, the print pattern 3 forms a non-printing area 5 and a printing area 4 having electrostatic capacitance higher than that of the non-printing area 5 on the base materials 2, and the print pattern 3 holds the difference of electrostatic capacitance between the printing area 4 and the non-printing area 5 as recording information.
