SOLUTION: An optical beacon signal processor 8 instructs change-over to a switch 9 when detecting the predetermined identification information from a photo-detector by processing the optical signal A radio wave beacon signal processor 7 instructs the switch 9 to transmit the signal from the radio wave beacon signal processor 7 to an image processor 10 when receiving the radio wave. The switch 9 transmits the signal processed by a GPS signal processor 2 to the image processor 10. When change-over to the optical beacon signal processor 8 is instructed, the signal from the optical beacon signal processor 8 is switched so as to be transmitted to the image processor 10. When change- over to the radio wave beacon signal processor 7 is instructed, the signal from the radio wave beacon signal processor 7 is switched so as to be transmitted to the image processor 10.
