PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a network distribution price at bidiectional contents distribution in any network by allowing a contents distributer to package a plurality of contents pieces. SOLUTION: The primary contents distributer packages a plurality of pieces of bidirectional contents and distributes to the secondary contents distributer upon making low or zero the price of a group of packages where the economic value presumed to arise due to end user's making use of the bidirectional function is taken into account in advance. To any bunch of contents packaged by the primary contents distributer, the secondary contents distributer attaches anew or relates thereto other bidirectional contents to that a new economic value is generated, and an incentive to contents distribution is established.
