PURPOSE:To contribute for making a vehicle light in weight with its weight reduced, and thereby reduce fabricating processes in number as well as to lower fabricating cost with production equipment cut off. CONSTITUTION:Since the door lower molding 1 is made up of a molding main body 2 which is extruded out of synthetic resin material, and is fixed along the lower end of the door D of a vehicle, a seal lip 3 which is provided for the molding main body 2 attached to the rocker mold R of a body B when the door D is closed, and of a core member 5 which is made of the synthetic resin material while being embedded in the molding main body 2, both the molding main body 2 and the core member 5 are made of the synthetic resin material, and the whole of the door lower molding 1 can be reduced in weight. And when the molding main body 2 is formed into an extrusion, the core member 5 can be simultaneously formed therewith, fabricating processes can thereby be reduced in number, and the core member 5 is not necessary to be separately formed, so that production equipment can thereby be cut off. |
