<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electroconductive twisted yarn excellent in antistatic properties, useful for a carpet, slightly damaging a machine, by treating an electroconductive metal part and a fiber part under a specific condition. SOLUTION: A fiber part as a roving fiber composed of a fiber 12 such as cotton is introduced from the side of a spinning area 1 of a ring fine spinning frame and simultaneously a coated endless electroconductive single fiber metallic yarn 11 having 10-50μm diameter and containing silver is directly introduced to the center of the spinning area 1 in a spinning process. The electroconductive single fiber metallic yarn 11 hardly having tensile strength and the fiber 12 of the robing fiber which is introduced to the spinning area 1 while being repeatedly drawn are spun into a form of a single combined twisted yarn 13. The combined twisted yarn 13 is successively introduced through a discharging device to a reprocessing process to give an electroconductive twisted yarn. Preferably, the single fiber metallic yarn fiber 11 is drawn out from a bobbin and introduced to the spinning area 1 almost without twisting.</p> |
