<p>A method for assembling at least two envelope components (3,4) and between these elements at least one deformable component (5), in order to render these components integrally rigid in an irreversible manner, comprises: (a) arranging at least one first component (3) in an assembly position, with at least one first assembly surface accessible; (b) arranging at least one deformable component (5) with a first assembly surface facing the first assembly surface and a second intermediary assembly surface accessible, this deformable component (5) being provided with at least one compression pad (6) and/or at least one guard release; (c) possibly placing in this latter at least one built-up compression pad (6), facing the assembly surface of the first envelope component (3); (d) arranging at least one second envelope component (4) with at least one assembly surface facing at least one assembly surface of the deformable component (5) and/or at least one compression pad (6); and (e) effecting a binding treatment of a sort such that at least one compression pad (6) has its first assembly surface in contact with that of the first envelope component (3) and a second assembly surface of a compression pad (6) may be in contact with that of the second envelope component (4). The assembled components (3,4,5) are destined to be submitted to compression forces following a direction cutting, essentially perpendicular, at least one surface of the assembly. Also claimed are the assembly installation used to put this method into service, the device destined to be subjected to the compression forces and the assembly incorporating this device.</p> |
