PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the direction of a camera without moving a body at the use of the camera by protecting a lens and a camera part unless the camera is used, permitting an image not to be fetched and eliminating the psychological uneasiness of a user that the image is being transmitted. SOLUTION: The camera 101 is provided so as to freely make an appearance against a display part 111. A lock release button 103 is depressed when the camera is used so as to expose the camera 101 to the outside of the display part 111. The exposed camera 101 can be rotated so as to change an angle without moving an operating part 109 and the display part 111. Unless the camera is used, it is pushed-down and contained inside the display part 111. |
