<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of the image data from a camera and to improve efficiency of image processing work by constructing the machine so that a camera visual center is matched with a light center in the optical axis direction of the camera and suppressing influence of diffused external light. SOLUTION: By moving a y-axis carriage 15 in the y-axis direction by drive of a y-axis servo motor 17, a CCD camera 23 and a light 25 are integrally moved in the y-axis direction. A work table 9 is moved in the x-axis direction by drive of a x-axis servo motor. By this method, when viewing the optical axis direction of the CCD camera 23, the visual center of the CCD camera 23 is roughly matched with a center of machining of a work W. Thus, the image processing for the machining part of the work W is effectively conducted.</p> |
