PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To refer to and change the schedule of a concurrently serving user even from the group of a concurrently serving destination by obtaining the schedule data of the user from a schedule chart based on obtained user identification information and outputting them. SOLUTION: The user of this schedule management device inputs a user name to be a reference object from an input device 6 and performs a reference request operation. When the reference request is received, a department name stored in the schedule management device 2 and the user name are displayed at a display device 5. Then, the user specifies the user of the reference object from the display contents by using the input device 6. Then, when the user specifies the user name to be a display object, a schedule data management part 3 takes out the schedule data of the pertinent user from a user schedule chart 2 and displays them at the display device 5 through a communication part 4 and an input/output control part 7. |
