PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the service life of a battery while effectively utilizing a residual battery capacitance by reporting reception through calling from a speaker even when there is only the residual battery disabling the drive of a vibrator by driving the vibrator when a calling method is set to the vibrator, stopping driving the vibrator when a power supply voltage gets lower than a specified value, and performing calling while switching driving to the speaker. SOLUTION: Concerning the calling operation of a radio call receiver, the voltage of a power source 1 is always monitored by a voltage detector 2. Then, when a control part 3 receives a call and the calling method is set in a vibrator mode, the control part 3 outputs a vibrate signal to a vibrator 4 and drives the vibrator 4. At that time, when the voltage of the power source 1 is lowered and the voltage detector 2 detects the voltage of the power source 1 getting lower than the specified value, a voltage drop signal is outputted from the voltage detector 2 to the control part 3, and the control part 3 stops driving the vibrator and outputs a ringing signal to a speaker 5. |
