<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new compound useful for peptidic medicines. SOLUTION: This new compound is shown by formula I (X is H or an aminoprotecting group; Y is H or a secondary amine-protecting group; R<d1> is an alkyl or aryl; R<2> is H, an alkyl, etc.), which is obtained by the following process: an indole derivative of formula H as raw material is reacted with an oxidizing reagent such as osmium tetroxide to form an indolealdehyde derivative of formula III via the corresponding dial, a Wittig reagent is then reacted with the indolealdehyde derivative to produce a new intermediate of formula IV, which, in turn, is reacted with a Grignard reagent followed by an organolithium reagent. This new compound of formula I is useful in the drug creation industry and the protein-and peptide-related fundamental research area.</p> |
