Isothermal protection for pallet container containing perishable foodstuff

The collapsible isothermal protection for a container pallet filled with perishable foodstuff comprises a tray filled with ice (2). The tray has a removable grille (3) on which crates filled with fruit or vegetables are stacked. The assembly is covered by a cover (5) with a bellows shaped element (6). The end of the bellows (8) is fixed to the tray perimeter which rests on a standard pallet (7). The bellows is made from a sealing and cold and heat insulating material. The cover and the tray have holes (12) enabling their connection with a refrigerated ventilation duct when there is no ice available.
