The method involves connecting a heating body (23) to a return pipe (22) of a heating circulation system (20), and attaching a throttle valve (26) and an adjusting valve (27) to the body, where the adjusting valve is provided for adjusting volumetric flow rate of a heating medium that flows through the heating body. The flow noise at the heating body and/or temperature difference of the heating medium between forward motion and return motion is detected by a sensor (40), and the adjusting valve is adjusted based on the detected flow noise and/or the temperature difference. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for the execution of a method of adjusting a heating system.
