The reservoir has a chamber of variable volume connected exclusively to a tube (17). The chamber consists of a bag (25) which is placed in an external press (26). When the bag is compressed, the press can be held in position by a catch (37,38). When the catch is released, the bag is allowed to expand. The press consists of two plates (31,32) lain on top of each other to enclose the bag between them.
