Connecting piece for welded structures

The junction piece (3) for a welded structure of aluminium or aluminium alloy, such as in a welded vehicle body, positions two right angled tube sections (1,2) to be welded together. It has an angle setting section (4) at the outer or inner walls of the tube sections (1,2), where the tube (1,2) ends are cut at angles against each other at <= 180 deg when they are butted together. Two anchor sections (5,6) bear against the tube (1,2) wall surfaces to act with the angle holders (4).
