PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate having excellent optical performance, visibility and durability and little irregularity in optical performed and thickness. SOLUTION: When a raw web film is stretched, the linear pressure is controlled to 150 to 20000kg/1m width. When a protective film is laminated on a polarizing film or after the film is laminated and pressed under 10 to 2000kg/1m width, the laminating process or pressing process after the laminating process is carried out at 5 to 110 deg.C to produce a polarizing plate.
