<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensive infrared sensor device capable of precisely detecting a plurality of information formed by a simple assembly with no need for ultra--precise working on an infrared lens. SOLUTION: Cylindrical lenses 6A to 6D are arranged so that the infrared light from infrared detection areas (a) to (d) may form images to the corresponding pixels of infrared array elements 5 without any duplication in correspondence with the lines of arrays in the horizontal direction of the infrared array elements 5 arranged in a form of a two-dimensional array. When a person enters the infrared detection areas, infrared light is gathered by the cylindrical lenses and form an image to the corresponding pixels of the infrared array elements 5, and separate signals are outputted from each of the infrared array elements 5. By performing analysis processing on these output signals, a plurality of information such as the position, size, moving direction, and moving speed of the person is precisely and accurately detected.</p> |
