PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a heating body, facilitate manufacture, and improve heat transmission and heat efficiency by having a carbon paste layer and a silver paste layer on an insulation board and arranging a power terminal on this silver paste layer. SOLUTION: A seat-shaped heater 1 is composed of an insulation board 2, a band-shaped carbon paste layer 4, a silver paste layer 3, and electrode terminals 5, 5'. There is no particular limitation when carbon has heat conductivity, resin is small in heat deformation, and a material is easily composed by silver and carbon. First, the paste layer 3 is pasted except a part to which the paste layer 4 is to be pasted on the board 2. Thereafter, the paste layer 4 is entirely pasted thereon. A bonding agent is applied thereon, a bonding agent layer is formed, after which a mold release paper is adhered. The terminals 5, 5' are provided at a part of the paste layer 3 on an opposite face. At this time, the part of the paste layer 3 is divided by the paste layer 4, the terminals 5, 5' are provided on the divided paste layer 3, and a current is communicated in a parallel state. |
