PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of a heat insulating structural angle by connecting an outdoor structural angle and an indoor structural angle with heat insulating materials, and dipping them in a processing liquid vessel while the outdoor structural angle and the indoor structural angle are thermally separated for surface treatment. SOLUTION: Caulking holes 5 are provided on the opposite faces of an outdoor structural angle 2 and an indoor structural angle 3 made of an aluminum alloy extruded structural angle. The structural angles 2, 3 are connected by nylon heat insulating bridge materials 4, and liquid vent gaps opened in the longitudinal direction of the structural angles 2, 3 are formed between the inner wall faces of the caulking holes 5 and the heat insulating bridge materials 4. Degreasing, etching, smut removal, anode oxidation treatment, electrolytic coloring, and such surface treatment as acrylic electrodeposition and baking are applied. The surface treatment is concurrently applied to the outdoor structural angle 2 and the indoor structural angle 3 in the same processing liquid vessel. Both structural angles 2, 3 have no difference in color tone and density, and a processing liquid can be smoothly discharged via the existence of the liquid vent gaps. |
