PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the user to promptly judge whether or not a set temperature is reached and improve usability in cooking requiring temperature setting by providing a preheat displaying part for displaying until a loaded pan reaches a set temperature. SOLUTION: First, temperature control means 9 compares a temperature of a loaded pan 1 measured by a temperature element 8 with a set temperature set by input means 11. When a current temperature does not reach the set temperature, a preheat displaying part 12c is lit, and preheating is continued. When the current temperature is equal to the set temperature, the display part 12c goes out, and preheating is ended. Thus, by providing the display part 12c for displaying until the pan 1 reaches the set temperature, the user can easily judge whether or not his or her own set temperature is reached, and in cooking requiring temperature setting such as fly an induction heating cooker with its high usability can be obtained. |
