FIELD: plastic working of materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing reactive polymerized mixture containing gas generator. Apparatus has pipeline 37 for connecting pressure opening 27 of main pump 25 with openings of working chamber 2. Pipelines 28 and 37 are provided with lock valves for connecting with chamber 2 of suction opening 26 or pressure opening 27 of main pump 25. Chamber 2 has opening, which is not connected with main pump 25 and provided with adjustable valve 35. Predetermined pressure is maintained in working chamber 2 by continuous withdrawal of gas medium from chamber 2 and continuous supplying of additional amounts of gas in chamber 2. Deviation of gas medium temperature in working chamber during mixture foaming and polymerization period is maintained at 5% of predetermined value. Such mode is provided by adjusting temperature and/or flow rate of additional gas supplied into working chamber.
