PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the dissolution of an anodized film at the development, to suppress the whitening of a non-image area and contamination with the lapse of time and to ensure superior printing resistance by successively forming a layer contg. a specified high molecular compd. and a photosensitive layer on an Al plate subjected to surface roughening, anodization and treatment for imparting hydrophilic property. SOLUTION: A layer contg. a high molecular compd. having structural units represented by the formula and a photosensitive layer are successively formed on an Al plate subjected to surface roughening, anodization and treatment for imparting hydrophilic property. In the formula, R1 is H, halogen or alkyl, each of R2 and R3 is H, hydroxyl, halogen, etc., X is H, a metallic atom, etc., and (n) is an integer of 1-3. By the treatment for imparting hydrophilic property, the dissolution of a formed anodic oxide film at the development, the whitening of a non-image area, the generation of scum and contamination with the lapse of time can be effectively prevented. Since the high molecular compd. is used in the undercoat layer, superior printing resistance is ensured. |
