PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a data item contained in a local data file at each optional position. SOLUTION: A data conversion processor 1 uses a conversion object data item number inputted from an outside by a data format table information acquisition means 3 as a retrieval key to retrieve the relevant data information out of a data format table 2 where the information on every data item is recorded. A local data file access position decision means 4 calculates the physical access position against a local data file of every data item that is acquired by the means 3. A data item acquisition means 6 accesses a local data file 5 based on the physical access position of the file 5 calculated by the means 4 and acquire and outputs the data item to be converted. |
