PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve comfortableness by increasing a distance between a pivot shaft which is the reciprocation center of a unit swing type engine, and a rear wheel grounding point without degrading layout and functional features of parts disposed above the unit swing type engine and without sacrificing the inner capacity of a storage box. SOLUTION: In this scooter type vehicle, the introduction angle (a) of an intake pipe which extends from a carburetor and is introduced above the crank case of a unit swing type engine 4, is set at an obtuse angle to the central axis B-B of a cylinder 12 when viewed from the side. A pivot shaft 16 which is at the rotational center of the unit swing type engine 4 is formed at a position between the cylinder 12 and the introduction part of the intake pipe. |
