FIELD: apparatuses for impact hardening, ultrasonic cutting, disassembly of conjugated products, prevention of scale formation. SUBSTANCE: the system uses a series-connected electromechanical converter, intermediate vibrator and a vibrator-tool. The intermediate vibrator is a hollow cylinder whose axis is perpendicular to the converter axis, and one of the natural vibration frequencies polarized in the plane of cylinder cross-section equals the converter vibration frequency. Due to the fact that the intermediate vibrator has an eccentric arrangement of the cylinder outer and inner surfaces relative to each other, and the converter and vibrator-tool are connected to it in points with a different wall thickness, the opportunities of selection of the coupling and matching parameters in the vibratory system are expanded. Besides, limitations of reactive strain energy accumulated in the intermediate vibrator are reduced. The hollow cylinder may be made circular. In another variant the cylinder outer and (or) inner surfaces may be made oval. The system overall dimensions may be reduced, if the converter or vibrator are located inside the hollow cylinder. The system may have several converters and vibrators-tools connected to the cylinder in different zones of bending vibration moments. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 cl, 7 dwgo
