PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability against chemical or heating sterilization by providing a means for holding medical instruments and an opening section for introducing sterilization gas on walls surrounding a container and in the container, and forming the walls surrounding the container with a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer. SOLUTION: A tray 12 is constituted of a base 18, both side walls 20, and both end walls 22, multiple drain wells 28 are formed on the base 18, the wells 28 have slope surfaces 30 continued to drain ports 32, adjacent slope surfaces 30 cross each other to form a peak 34, and the contact area between the base 18 and a mat 14 is decreased. The mat 14 has multiple mat openings 38 and multiple projections 36, and the mat openings 38 are matched with the drain ports 32 of the base 18. The cover 16 of a container has multiple cover openings 40, both side walls 42, and both end walls. The container is formed with a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer made of complete aromatic polyester, and it is reinforced with a filler. |
