<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow one key-phone terminal equipment to execute the service of a different class depending on a class of a card by mounting a card reader to the terminal equipment and deciding the class depending on the card. SOLUTION: A model of a card reader 16 corresponding to a magnetic card, an IC card and a smart card or the like available of a class card is in use and the card reader 16 reads data stored on the class card and gives the data to a CPU 10. In a key-phone master set, a memory 22 stores a program and fixed service data to execute various functions of the system and also stores data such as each service class. Then the CPU 20 of the master set controls speech switching and controls the card reader 16 of the terminal equipment to receive the read class data by the reader 16 and to execute the corresponding service. In this classes, for example, the class A allows up to an international call, the class B permits up to a toll speech, the class C allows up to a local speech and the class D permits only an extension speech.</p> |
