<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send an image with a small transmission capacity. SOLUTION: An angular velocity sensor 30 detects a motion of a camera in terms of an angular velocity and its output is inputted to a panning/tilt detection circuit 36 via an amplifier filter 32 and an A/D converter 34. A circuit 36 detects whether or not a state is in a panning/tilt state based on received data and gives a detection result to a pixel interleave circuit 20 and a de- framing control circuit 24. In the case of a panning/tilt state, the pixel interleave circuit 20 reduces the number of pixel in one image pattern of a picked-up image and a de-framing control circuit 24 increases a frame rate. In the case of a not panning/tilt state, that is, a still state or almost a still state, the pixel interleave screen 20 increases number of pixels in one image pattern of a picked-up image and the de-framing control circuit 24 decreases a frame rate. An image data processed as above are subjected to spread spectrum processing and a modulation by a spread spectrum transmitter 26 and a radio wave is sent from an antenna 28.</p> |
