PHOTOSENSITIVE COLOR COMPOSITION AND COLOR FILTER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an excellent color filter which has a high sensitivity and no coloring by heat and does not form an overhang shape (reverse tapered shape) even when an excessive development is performed. SOLUTION: This compsn. essentially composed of an acryl copolymer resin, a photoacid producing agent and a crosslinking agent. The acryl copolymer resin contains 5 to 35wt.% monomers having an alcohol-type hydroxyl group, 10 to 40wt.% monomers having carboxylic acid groups and 20 to 30wt.% monomers having (meth)acryloyl groups in a side chain.
