PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a flashlight to be automatically lighted by the vibration of an earthquake to ensure that light is secured even in an earthquake at night by providing an end face switch of a B contact which interrupts current as long as it is pressed against the end face of a main body. SOLUTION: A main body 1 is provided with a main switch 3 which turns on and off a light as it is switched between on and off positions, and an end face switch 2 is placed between the main switch 3 and an electric bulb 4. The end face switch 2 is provided on the bulb 4 side end face of the main body 1 and is designed so that it can interrupt current regardless of the main switch 3 as it is pushed in to push an inner contact open when the main body 1 is placed upright. The main body 1 is provided with a cord, which is attached to a hook screwed to a wall, with an L-shaped mounting stand mounted on the main body 1 by attaching the cord with screws to a position where it slackens. |
