PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of simply inputting the state of empty space of a storing section to an automated warehouse control computer without taking much trouble in inputting work so that the storing section having a required size of space may be automatically taken out by inputting the size of the space required for storing a commodity is inputted at the time of storing the commodity and that the commodity may be ordered in reference to the state of empty space in an automated warehouse by inputting and recording in the computer the state of the empty space of respective storing spaces in the automated warehouse. SOLUTION: An inputting system is connected to a computer 3 for controlling an automated warehouse. When entry and delivery to and from a storing section 2 of the automated warehouse are finished, the empty state of the storing section 2 is inputted by pressing an empty state button of an empty state inputting device 1 of the system. The computer 3 stores the empty state of the storing section 2. When an input is made so that a storing section of a specific empty state is to be taken out, the computer 3 searches the record and issues an instruction to take out an appropriate storing section to a transferring machine 4. |
