A seamless pipe containing pipes and an electrical cord and a method of manufacturing the pipe with an apparatus are provided to improve thermal insulation performance and water proofing performance and to prevent electric leaks by integrating pipes and electrical cords in a larger pipe by filling gaps between pipes with an insulation material. A method of manufacturing seamless pipe containing smaller pipe and an electrical cord in larger pipe with an insulation material to fill gaps between pipes includes a first process of forming a sheet shaped primary product with a first forming machine(10) by bonding an upper polyethylene foam sheet and a lower polyethylene foam sheet with heat after laying pipes and an electrical cord between the sheets with being spaced apart from each other, a second process of forming the primary product in a circular shape with a second forming machine(20) while feeding resin to outer surface of the product through a resin supply control device(2) to make a secondary product, a third process of forming corrugation or spirals on outer surface of the secondary product with a third forming machine(30) by supplying vacuum through a vacuum pipe(31) and cooling water through a cooling water supply pipe(35), and a fourth process of taking out the product from a manufacturing apparatus with a withdrawal device(40).
