摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the air venting between the surface of an unvul canized tire and a mold in vulcanizing molding of the tire by continuously molding a large number of linear grooves to the surface of the tire constituting member extruded from an extruder by an embossing roller or a calender roll. SOLUTION: A large number of linear air venting grooves (a) are molded to the surfaces of a side tread constituting member 10 and a lower rim cushion constituting member in the direction crossing a longitudinal direction at a right angle, that is, in the tire diameter direction (X-direction) of the surface of an unvulcanized tire (w) at predetermined height (t) at a predetermined pitch P. The air venting grooves (a) are molded by an embossing roller or a calender roll after the side tread constituting member 10 and the lower rim cushion constituting member are subjected to extrusion molding by an extruder. The pitch P of the air venting grooves (a) is 0.5-5mm and the height (t) thereof is pref. 0.1-0.5mm.
