PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate misreading of an electronic message and prevent trouble arising between a travel agent and a tourist by discriminating the kinds of received electronic messages and printing the respective electronic messages out in different colors according to the discrimination results. SOLUTION: A personal computer 1 installed on a hotel side is able to print its process information on a color serial printer 2. It is connected to a host on a travel-agent side through a public telephone line by modems 3 and can send and receive electric messages. Then an electronic message delivered from the travel agent through the public telephone line is received by the modem 3, analyzed by the personal computer 1, and printed out on the serial printer 2. At this time, there are a reservation at a hotel and its change and cancel as the kinds of electronic messages, and a discriminating means discriminates them. To eliminate misreading of an electronic message, the colors to be printed are made different according to the electronic message kinds such as the reservation for a guest room and its change and cancel. |
